I teach high school science, social studies, and PE/health. I have degrees from University of Minnesota Duluth (B.S. Geology) and Grand Canyon University (M.A. Secondary Education w/ Emphasis in STEM). I love rocks and minerals and love even more to talk about them with anyone interested! Before teaching, I was a tour guide, a mudlogger, construction engineer, paraeducator, substitute teacher, and middle school science teacher.

My partner and I recently moved to Olympia and have loved it so far! In my free time I love to cook, watch true-crime tv, play with my cats, and explore the outdoors.

I am extremely excited to work at Cascadia High School and look forward to making connections with the students, staff, and the community.
